The type of service I can supply varies from job to job, but a sit down face to face planning consultation is what I prefer to do. Getting to know your client is the key to good communication when it come the success of your function, and I will do as much or a little as the client requests.

My background came from the hotel and resort business, with over 30 yrs experience in the hospitality industry, doing a wide variety of cooking in that span of time. Graduated from culinary course at George brown college, my long time assistant, Heather Hurren has been with me for the past 20 yrs and is instrumental in making our function a success.

Most of my staff have been with me for many yrs and can be counted on to do a great job for our customers; we are all like a little family.
